What is your primary product or service?
Consulting with a focus on leadership, management, and sales. I am a certified DiSC distributor. I am certified also in doing Global work... i.e teaching people how to work with people across the globe. Also I am an executive coach. I am also an author of the book "Quit Telling Me What To Do"
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I work in the corporate world in the airline, travel and hospitality industry for 30 years. Last position before opening my business was National Director of travel industry for Doubletree Hotels. I worked for Pan Am, National and United Airlines as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I guarantee my work in that once we set expectations if I don't deliver what we agree, you don't need to pay me. I work very hard to make a difference. I have never had a negative evaluation in 16 years.
