How long have you been in business?
I have been a health coach with Take Shape For Life since Februaruy 2010. I have been a registered nurse for 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
I teach and empower people to create health in their lives through a program that is fast, safe and simple.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in health care and helping others. That is why I choose to be a nurse. Nutrition and fitness is also a passion of mine. That is why being a health coach for Take Shape For Life is the perfect fit for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Take Shape For Life is not a diet plan. Weight loss is only the first step. We teach people how to create health that will last a lifetime.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I coach clients nationwide.
What type of payments do you accept?
All payment is directly throught Take Shape For Life. Clients can order from my website or by calling the company and giving them my health coach ID # 30118188
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Take Shape For Life is co-founded by Dr Wayne Andersen, whom is also the medical director of Medifast.

Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm
